CSI Renovation and Roofing

Done With Pride. Done Right the First Time. By: Cindy Chapman

When was the last time you thought about your roof? For most of us, we never give it a second thought until there’s a problem. Unfortunately, even a small problem with your roof can cause a big problem for your home. Hail and wind can be some of the biggest offenders, and if you’ve lived in the north Texas area for any amount of time you know that storms can often turn severe.

Chris Irving, owner of CSI Renovations and Roofing and spends a lot of time thinking about roofs. Having spent close to two decades in the business, he understands that protecting your home and property is a priority. As a devoted husband and father to four, Chris makes sure that he conducts his business in the same way that he would want to be treated. “We treat your home like it’s our own,” says Chris.

Chris’s standard of excellence includes going above and beyond which is why his team is trained to do more than just roofing work. CSI Renovation and Roofing is a one-stop-shop. This means when your leaky roof has also caused water damage, the wind knocked down your fence, and hail broke your dining room window, Chris’s team can take care of it all. Chris, being a licensed contractor, enables his team to take care of everything from the ground up – saving you valuable time and stress.

CSI Renovation and Roofing works with you and your insurance to make sure that your home or business is taken care of the right way the first time. They are highly-trained, licensed, master certified, and insured – these accreditations are more than just a piece of paper, but a direct result of doing things the right way and not cutting corners.

From residential to commercial, CSI Renovation and Roofing can expertly and professionally handle just about any roof you’ll find in DFW. And no job is too big or too small. Chris’s team is comfortable handling everything from a simple patch to a complete roofing job. In addition to the numerous residential roofs they’ve replaced, they’ve been trusted to work on many of the restaurants, churches, and convenience stores you drive by every day.

Help! I think I have roof damage from a recent storm, who do I call?

  • Beware of “fly-by-night” roofing companies that go door-to-door immediately following a severe storm

  • Check with North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA.com) website to make sure that a business is legitimate before you call them

  • Check that the business has a favorable rating from the BBB

  • Read reviews from Google, Facebook, and others – remember every business will have a couple of negative reviews, just make sure the good outweighs the bad

  • Ask the company to verify that they are insured and for their letters of recommendation.

“I believe in being transparent throughout the entire process. We want to make sure that our customers have very clear expectations with minimal surprises. Communication is important to make sure that the job is done right, and our customers are happy,” says Chris.

“CSI did an amazing job from start to finish putting the roof on our new home. Chris and Scott went above and beyond helping with issues we had getting bank/insurance company to cover certain things. They kept us in the loop throughout entire process and now we have a beautiful new roof. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, honest, and professional company for roof replacement!” – Jennifer U.
