Join us for our annual fishing in the park on Saturday, March 3rd from 9 AM - Noon at the Roanoke Community Park! The entire family is welcome! No pre-registration required, register at the event. Free hot dogs and water will be served.
Age groups of 6 and under, 7-11, and 12-16 will be awarded trophies and prizes for 1st and 2nd longest fish. Randomly drawn prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the event. Prizes will consist of sporting goods and fishing equipment.
Souvenir Trophies will be available at the event. Proceeds benefit Texas Junior Anglers and help support this FREE event.
First up, the Fun (Bunny) Run, kicking off at 8AM.
Then, the 5K Run starts at 8:30AM
Followed by the Easter Egg Hunt at the Roanoke Soccer Complex at 10AM. There will be games and bounce houses for the kids. All proceeds benefit the Roanoke park board scholarship fund. Starting line is 416 S. Walnut.

Proceeds from the event benefit Metroport Meals On Wheels, a local 501c(3) founded by Kelly Bradley on April 1 , 1980. Like the Bradley residence, Metroport Meals On Wheels’ philosophy is unique. Still operating as “Neighbor Helping Neighbor”, Metroport Meals On Wheels feeds the elderly and chronic ill through home delivered meals and senior center luncheons, and relies on community support rather than government funding in order to provide assistance to any individual in need regardless of age or income.
Tickets are priced per couple and includes valet, Paigebrooke Farm home tour, catering and fine foods by Scratch Kitchen,and fine spirts and wine selected by The Distilled Gentlemen.

On Sunday, December 2, 2018, from 3:00-6:00 PM, the annual Trophy Club Women's Club Christmas Tour of Homes will feature 5 beautifully decorated homes in Trophy Club.
Following the tour, participants are invited to attend a festive celebration at the Trophy Club Country Club featuring a live auction, silent auction, raffle, food, music and wine pull.
Proceeds from the Tour of Homes benefit charities across Denton County and North Texas including women’s shelters, The Humane Society and the USO.

Monster Triathlon 2018 marks year 13 and will sell-out early with over 700 athletes! The distances are FAST for the experienced athletes and just right for the beginner.
At Monster Keller, you will enjoy the beautiful indoor pool of the Keller Natatorium for a 300 meter swim; jump on your bike for 12 miles, and finish strong with a 3.1 mile run. Each event is a little different at the finish line. Some have live bands, but ALL of the events are filled with energy and WONDERFUL costumes which are ENCOURAGED! This is a great race to end your triathlon season!

The Keller Kids Triathlon is part of the Monster Triathlon weekend and a great way to get the kids involved in the sport of triathlon!
There will be three divisions for this untimed event:
Monster Kids Tri Leap Frogs (4-6 age group). Swim 25 yards, bike 1 mile and run 1/3 mile
Monster Kids Tri Road Runners (7-10 age group). Swim 75 yards, bike 2 miles and run 1 mile
Monster Kids Tri Gladiators (11-14 age group). Swim 125 yards, bike 3 miles then run 1 mile
The Monster Kids Tri will sell out well in advance of race day. Be sure to register early. There are no wait lists once the race sells out.
